What a Class Looks Like

Building a foundation for Progression

Our individual classes follow a structured approach: a warm-up covering flexibility, mobility, core activation, stability and balance. It is not filler. It is the part that keeps you training next month as well as this one.

The individual movements and lifts depend on the session. We follow a weekly progression that is informed by the NASM OPT model.

The Formats

Different Classes, Different Focuses

All classes are built on a similar foundation and scheduling, but the focuses are different.
